Roles and responsibilities
- To work with branches & drive sales to achieve cross sell target on Two Wheeler Loan.
- Analysis and communication of business trends / report to TWL Sales team and Branch Team.
- Track biz growth at branch level & monitoring branch wise performance YOY.
- Employee wise tracking of TWL biz from Branch resource.
- Biz Update to Senior Management on key biz initiative
- Sales growth
- Product Visibility among the channel
- Branch resource activation
- Business Drive
- Tracking and supporting Channel business.
- Do Campaign to make product Visibility
- Identify new opportunities for Increasing Biz
- Relationships with the different channel to be managed
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate from Reputed MBA colleges
- 8 to 10 Years experience in Auto loan/Retail asset Sales/ Two wheeler
- Channel Management/ Product Management
