Job Description

No. of Vacancies : 2 Experience: 3 to 5 years Education: Any graduate. Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Accountable & responsible for all the activities & events that take place within his/her allocated center.  Use effective delegation & supervision to get all the tasks done.  Ensure top class service is provided to all the customers, consumers to facilitate customer retention and accelerate repeat visits Proactively interact with the customers Ensure Customer Relationship building and feedback mechanism from existing customers Ensure that every customer fills up their feedback form Ensure accurate information dissemination via all center staff to minimize errors, promote services and increase business revenue Ensure that customer is provided with all the data relating to their inquiry, to facilitate conversion of an inquiry to a sale  Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures [SOPs] are followed by team in the centre to ensure improved TAT Ensuring Training norms are met Ensure proper and timely, display & distribution of marketing collaterals to facilitate information of marketing offers to customers Ensure that front desk team upsell to each customer  Contribute to the centre by sharing new ideas and suggestions for improvements; being innovative and creative to provide quality services and WOW service to our consumers and customers Ensure that the customers receive their reports before time Ensure that all customer grievances are addressed personally and resolved Ensure that asset & equipment are maintained
