Operations and P&L Management, Handling day to day non medical Operation. Drive the Operations. Designing Strategies & making necessary arrangements for cost cutting and regular growth in income. Negotiation with vendors. 1. Responsible for management of accounts assigned as per the agreed SLA (with clients) and ensure no complaints/ escalations received. 2. Responsible for achieving operational and project objectives/ goals for the accounts assigned by deploying optimal work flow and providing necessary guidance to the managers. 3. Responsible for achieving desired profitability (GP/ Revenue per FTE) targets. 4. Monitor and review trend analysis on dashboard/ MIS/ performance reports and recommend/ guide solutions and efficiency measures for further improvements. 5. Accomplish and present monthly performance of projects/ process, project plans, vital factors and goals to VP Operations. 6. Monitor and review vital factors/ goals of Managers and suggest solutions/ feedback for accomplishing the same at all times. 7. Process audit Review, recommend and implement new methods, tools (including automation suggestions) and procedures to achieve/ ensure requisite efficiency goals of operations. 8. Deploy and review proper Quality Control measures and Tollgates in process. 9. Lead and drive process improvement measures to ensure continuous improvement. 10. Plan and ensure necessary contingency plans are in place to handle any eventualities. 11. Look for opportunities, additional revenues and new business from existing clients by cross sell and up sell. 12. Develop & deploy requisite strategies for retention of employees and resource realignment as needed.
