Work experience preferred (2 - 8 years). Relevant 2+ years in category manager post-MBA.
An understanding of and passion for e-commerce.
MBA from premier B-School is must (Tier - 1 only).
Experience in Category Management in e-commerce environment (preferable from vertical E-Commerce).
Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities.
Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools.
Innovative, team oriented and has a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Will be taking care of Merchandising/BD/Vendor Ops.
Dealing with brands to ensure alliances are built.
Profit and Loss including Sales and profitability.
Business development and vendor relationship.
