- Required to experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.
- The candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and functional areas of the business, dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.
- MBA from Premier Institute with 5-7 yrs of experience in recruitment, out of which atleast 2 years experience in campus hiring.
- Experience in building, coaching and managing a recruiting team.
