Job Description

JD :

- Support the BWise Technical Administrator with the implementation of BWise upgrades

- Significant experience in testing and troubleshooting of incidents within enterprise application

- General technical knowledge of 3-tier application structures, network topology and databases (SQL Server / Oracle)

- Ability to perform and validate SQL queries for reporting, dashboard and troubleshooting purposes

- Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders on BWise activities

- Certification as a BWise Functional Administrator, handling communication with BWise Support Centers

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written), experiences in an international team and with international clients, interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to handle multiple priorities

Duties:

- Provide Functional & IT support for BWise Application

- Should be able to adhere to SLA's and Targets, Would be good to have ITIL Certification or processes

- Work independently with project managers/business users on Project and Enhancements.Exposure to AIM or Agile methodology and Technical documentation.

- Should have exposure to communicate and work with business clients

- Ability to think and contribute towards process and innovation in Enterprise apps.

- Ability to create training documents and take initiatives to train peers.

- Ability to work and contribute as a Team player.

- Ability to take leadership role. JD :
