Desirable: Hotel Management Graduate and Knowledge of Multiple Indian Languages and Foreign languages. Brief JD: Key Responsibilities: Operations (Core area) Pre Arrival of the VIP patients Gather information pertaining to the likes, dislikes, traits of the VIP patients. E.g.- Food habits, Newspaper Preferences Make necessary arrangements according to the information gathered. Coordinate with the other services of the hospital like Registration , Room Booking, Room preparedness, Services alignment, Doctors appointment etc. before VIP patients arrival. On Arrival Personally receive the VIP patient on his/her arrival at the porch. Familiarize the room to the VIP patient/relative so that the VIP patient feels at ease. Assist in packing and unpacking of the luggage etc. and also arranging the clothes, personalized items according to the VIP patients instructions/request. During the Stay Be the single point of contact and assist the VIP patient for the activities across the hospital for all the services required like Doctors appointment, Billing, Scheduling the services. Attempt to arrange and deliver any services required from outside the hospital as per the hospital norms. F & B service Coordinate with the dietician for any given food preferences given by the VIP patient and ensure that the food is as per the dieticians recommendations. Coordinate with the kitchen for priority delivery of all the meals ensuring temperature of the food at the time of service is as per food standard. Ensure personalized service of food at all meals so that the VIP patient/relative has comfortable stay in the hospital. Ensure all clearances are done personally and hygienically. Others Ensure upkeep of the room facilities to the top standards in coordination with the House Keeping, Engineering and Maintenance etc. Ensure VIP patients privacy is maintained at all times. Coordinate with security agency of the patient and the hospital to ensure safety/privacy of the VIP patient. Any other responsibility as assigned by the HOD from time to time Key Responsibilities: Customer To be the single point of contact for all the services needed by the VIP patient. Ensure comfortable stay of the VIP patients through effective delivery of services in coordination of the other departments within the hospital.
