Job Description

Heading the entire Business Unit for IT Professional/Staffing Services for Western India - P & L Management, Recruitment & Staffing Operations, Strategic and Business Planning, Contract / Price Negotiation, Client / stakeholder Engagement and Management, Start-ups and Regulatory Compliance. - Responsible for entire operations and revenue generation. - Responsible for client servicing, talent delivery to the customer, productivity, performance, growth. - Regular interaction with End Clients, Hiring Managers and MSP Client service reps to understand existing and upcoming contingent needs. - Operating as the point of escalation for recruiting operational delivery issues and complex invoicing issues and requests. - Target new business possibilities and work on leads with CEO / Business Development Managers. Monitor recruiting activities and create reports for cost per hire, submittal to interview, interview to hire, billable hours, capacity, and placements. - Marketing, Pre-Sales and Bid Management, Account Development & Relationship Management - Team Building, Development and Motivation - SBU Operations & Business excellence - Responsible for Resource Deployment & Management, contract negotiation, Vendor Management, Maintain Application Tracking system, Attrition Management, HR operations, Management Dashboard, AOP etc. - Service Lines handled: Permanent & Volume Hiring, Temporary & Contract Staffing, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing for IT, Telecom, Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, Media & Telecom, Retail, Enterprise, Energy & Utility etc. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. 10+ years in a leadership role at a Recruitment/ Staffing company 2. Consistently demonstrated high performance selling and management of top performing sales teams 3. Consistently achieved aggressive sales and company goals 4. Proven ability to recruit, train, manage and retain top sales team 5. Knowledge & experience with both inside and outside sales 6. Adept at selling across multiple products 7. Strategic thinking and ability to execute at a high level 8. Excellent verbal & written communication skills 9. Excellent interpersonal skills 10. Excel at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced, growing environment 11. Extremely adaptable and flexible
