Job Description

Develop new applications (MS Access VBA) / processes outside of the standard systems / processes based on interaction with the customer.
Should possess knowledge VBA, Project Management & Risk Management. Should have handled People directly People Management,
Participate / Lead testing activities in accordance with project plan and task delivery deadlines.
Work with team members to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs and recommend/implement changes to the systems developed within the team.
Adhere to and maintain procedures and user manuals as processes change or new processes/user manuals are identified.
May lead complex cross-enterprise projects resulting in enterprise wide implementation.
Middle management role and also contributes to formulation of corporate-wide operations strategy and policies
Plan, Execute and Responsible for People, Process and other business goals without failure.
May interact and/or negotiate with senior level business partners in WF US and EGS.
Participate / Lead testing activities in accordance with project plan and task delivery deadlines
Update reports and databases used by the internal customers.
Understands BCP, quality, security and compliance requirements for supported areas and analyzes changes for risk to the environment.
Proactively communicate status and issues related to all projects to managers when appropriate.
Provides assistance and guidance to less experienced staff.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned or required.
Experience with design, development, testing and deployment of technology applications and macros.
Possess excellent troubleshooting, resolution, technical and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities.
Ability to research, compile, and perform complex analysis on critical operational data.

Microsoft Office, Windows Form Building (i.e. VB, VBA, Macros) SQL Statement Writing/Coding (PL, TL and JET engine), IBM Process Designer (Version 7.5 or higher), BPM Notation, Java Script, Experience with Tableau, SSRS (Reporting engine), QlikView, Business Objects, SQL Statement Writing/Coding (PL and TL), Business Intelligence, testing knowledge.
