Job Description

Business Manager - Medical Aesthetics
o Promote and sell Co’s products to customers to achieve Co’s objectives. Develop and maintain productive and effective relationships with the key to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons, and cosmetic surgeons as well as customers in new and emerging markets.
o Execute territory coverage for maximum impact on sales.
o Perform effective territory and account management.
o Promote physician practice development strategies.
o Maintain up-to-date territory customer information, document all activities and progress.
o Work independently; demonstrate efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and the highest level of customer service.
o Perform effective product presentations, demonstrations, and technique training sessions.
o Participate in industry-related trade shows, conferences, and meetings.
o You will be responsible to drive the utilization of disposable aesthetic products and increase revenue within existing accounts.
o You will do this by building relationships with clients and delivering presentations to effectively guide staff through sales and marketing techniques.
o You will also provide marketing strategies to customers through digital marketing, website and microsite development, internal and external branding, patient segmentation and sales tactics.

Qualification And Experience:
1. BSc/ MBA with 5-7 years of experience working in a Medical Aesthetics field
2. Proficiency in Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
3. Analytical skills
4. Strong business acumen
5. Proven selling skills
6. Strong and effective consultative skills
7. Strong conflict and problem resolution skills
8. Ability to develop key strategies and execute
9. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
10. Strong interpersonal skills
11. Strong contract/negotiating skills
12. Financial/budgetary experience
