Job Description

A. Position Purpose This role is responsible to penetrate the product in the market and meet the top line as well as bottom line objectives. This position will be responsible for acquiring new to bank clients for both fund based and Non fund based Products. The job area further includes of conducting marketing / sales activities in the branches as well as open market. Position Responsibilities Sr. Key Responsibilities 1Drive for acquisition of NTB clients for WCF products & therefore achievement of top line disbursal targets 2 Build and leverage relationship with existing bank channels to get new leads 3Manage and grow the portfolio 4 Identify segments for cross sell opportunities esp. for Trade and Forex products 5 Timely regularization of overdue / DPD accounts Exposure to Trade & Forex is required Skills Skill Attribute Technical Experience and implementation knowledge of process & system handling Behavioral Good relationship building skills , Strong negotiation skills , Good communicator Presentation skills B.
