TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Build a high performing eLearning sales & Delivery Team with a proactive business
oriented approach and which is motivated and committed in the planning and
achievement of BU objectives.
? Establish performance measures across the team that will drive operational
efficiency of the BU
? Identify Key focus areas, formulation of Business plan & ensure quality delivery
? Budgeting for the unit and maintaining annual budgets
? Participating in company-wide top management initiatives
? Creating a challenging learning environment for the unit using competency skills and
creating roadmaps for development and growth
? An Engineering Graduate in any stream, preferably with an M.B.A. degree.
? Process certifications like PMP and PRINCE2 would be an added advantage.
? 25 years of experience with relevant experience in leading the sales and delivery
of eLearning Business unit
? Adequate experience and knowledge of eLearning industry, new trends,
? Should have held roles in Sales and delivery prior to becoming a Business Head.
Sound understanding of Instructional design, Media design, Project
management, Sales and Account Management.
? Proficient in managing profit center operations, formulating strategies to achieve
organizational targets and setting standards for service & business development.
? Expertise in strategic business planning, staffing and targeted marketing with
proven ability to achieve the pre-set sales & profitability targets.
? Proven track record of increasing revenues and streamlining workflow and
establishing healthy relationship with clients.
? Excellent interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills with proven track record
of utilizing a process-oriented approach towards the accomplishment of cost,
profit, service & organizational goals
