Business Head - Building /Construction Products
- You will lead the Executive Management team on a day to day basis
- You will develop and implement a leading-edge business strategy encompassing new product and market development to exploit opportunities in existing sectors in India
- You will be responsible for the growth of the top-line revenue, supported by product and market development to maintain and grow margins
- Drive the new business development activities
- Develop new strategies to increase the market share
- Formulating strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation, realizing organizational goals; conceptualizing and implementing plans/ objectives in sync with vision and mission
- Creating a systematic approach to increase reach through potential mapping and sales planning
- Developing strong market knowledge of existing and potential clients and ensuring business growth opportunities aligned to company's strategic plans
- Impacting organization's profitability through effective strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development


Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:
1. MBA with experience of Minimum 15+ Building Materials Industry or construction products or Building Engineering Industry & having PAN India Exposure or Atleast should have Handled Two Regions.
2. Understanding business needs, its strategic direction and identifying initiatives that will allow a business to meet those strategic goals
3. Able to manage a multi-site business in a complex international supply chain
4. A charismatic leader who clearly demonstrates an ability to empower and motivate a team
5. Ability to manage risk, including working with architects, construction contractors, construction design/engineering and health and safety
6. Exceptional skills in communication, motivation, and interpersonal relations, and able to convey a message that is understandable and relevant, linking business issues, financial results, and strategy
7. Experience of operating at the highest level of professionalism and personal integrity.
