Job Description

The person handles marketing of chemicals (bulk/specialties) for African countries.
Principal Responsibility:
Interacting with various customers in Africa for various products finding applications in various Industrial Verticals in Chemical & Allied Industries.
Develop new customers and initiate business for products offered on Direct Import Basis.
Daily interactions with customers over phone and emails, rigorous follow up with customers for regular business and develop new business.
Capable of Interacting Independently with Customers from initial approach to Business Finalization and total completion of Business cycle including payment collection and C forms Collection.
Scan application/segment wise product requirement (bulk/specialties) of African consumers along with preferred origins/supply sources.
Coordinate with sourcing /logistics desk for timely imports.
Provide proper servicing/technical help/establish healthy business relations with local customers.
Be an active source for market feedback and intelligence.
Other duties as assigned.
