Job Description

Conferro Heritae is seeking a detail oriented individual who can work under limited supervision to oversee the business development of Conferro’s projects, including management of all aspects of sales. This position will work with marketing staff and the Director to implement and evaluate marketing strategies and expand the client base to reach quarterly sales goals. The candidate is required to have an esteemed book of client and the role involves planning and execution of sales activities to cultivate new and existing clients. The candidate is preferred to be from Wealth Management or Luxury sector.

• Seasoned professional acting as Head of Business Development with rich experience in Art or Luxury segment, catering to Ultra High Networth Client base. Someone who has a good book and network of NRI UHNW clients and requisite experience in dealing with them.
• Experience in forging tie ups and strategic alliances.
• Develop and expand collector base by cultivating new contacts
• Participating in marketing strategies for expanding collector base and drive traffic to the lounge.
• Stay updated on market trends, current information on collectors, museum collections, gallery representations and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Preparation of presentations, content and educational material
• Performing miscellaneous duties related to the lounge, promotions and other project related roles.
• Competent manager with exceptional interpersonal and team management skills.
• Exemplary relationship management and communication skills with the ability to network at all management levels with consummate ease.
• Worked exceptionally well in HNWI client space.
• Having Expertise in Creating Channel Partners & Distributors in the niche UHNWI segment
• Excellent communication skills: Written and Oral

Qualification &Experience: Over 5 years experience in handling UHNW clients in a sales/marketing role and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills: Basic IT skills including MS office.

Personal characteristics/ skills: Completely poised and non aggressive who can work under pressure and has problem solving ability.
