Job Role: Sales Job Description - Managing ethical market business in the African countries and managing profit & loss by finalizing individual countrys budget and reviewing regularly. To supervise and manage end to end in- country registration process, pricing strategy , launch plan , primary and secondary sales and production planning. Monitor sales and ensure timely delivery to avoid sales loss due to shortage by taking into concurrence sales force distribution and factory. Compile monthly sales & stock report from assigned markets and develop sales analysis report to conclude order to be placed by agent in the country. Ensure timely delivery of products to the market. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market new product that can strengthen the existing product basket. Must required good experience in Nigeria & Ghana location. Developing relationship with important customers across the assigned region. Periodical visit to market to achieve sales budget and ensure execution of marketing strategy by collecting customer feedback and market research. Maintaining and increasing sales of company products and reaching the targets and goals set in the area. Monitoring team performance and motivating them to reach targets. Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.
