Job Description

Develop client relationships and drive revenue within our Professional Staffing and Managed Solutions offerings.
Generate new leads and direct clients for IT Staffing (Not third party clients).
Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.
Meet and exceed company's staffing targets
Identify opportunities for further expansion of services
1. Must have existing network to help bring immediate revenue
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in the IT Staffing and Consulting field.
3. Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
4. Knowledge of technology-related business development and staffing services.
5. Experienced with account penetration.
6. Extensive IT Consulting Services experience in both staff augmentation and project sales.
7. Highly motivated; results-oriented.
8. Capable of developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts.
9. Should have experience prospecting, cold calling and client presentations within a professional business-to-business sales organization.
10. Must be able to do cold calling to generate new clients.
11. Self-disciplined and have a positive attitude.
12. Should have a go getter attitude.
