Job Description

- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for staffing business in Western India - Responsible for maintaining and building upon existing annual revenue in designated sales territory. The primary focus of this position is to bring new business to new and existing clients across West India Locations. - Exceeds sales revenue quotas by winning new contracts and job orders through prospecting and developing new customer relationships. - Identifies and qualifies sales opportunities by providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships. Negotiates contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and works with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs. - Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts to further penetrate existing accounts. - Present company service offerings to prospective clients, client consultation and development of proposals. Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, both in-person and by phone, continuously assessing and communicating how we can meet their needs. - Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients. - Creates proposals for providing staffing services to BFSI, customized to prospective clients- needs. - Develops and implements sales plans and associated activities. - Coordinate with the Recruiting & Fulfillment Team to onboard new clients, including: complete and submit job order tickets to Fulfillment Manager, facilitate introductions between new clients and assigned Customer Service Representatives, and work with Recruiting & Fulfillment Team to set up customized services according to clients- specifications. - Manage all existing and new accounts in designated sales territory, ensuring clients- needs are met, problems are solved and issues are addressed. - Initiates personal growth by understanding market trends, attending educational sessions and actively networking. - Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill - Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing - Handle a small team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them - Be accountable for revenue targets - Client relationship management - Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support - Partnering and identifying opportunities for Non-IT Services project - Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification And Experience: 1. At least 5 years of experience in RPO recruitment/ staffing industry with experience in Temp staffing 2. Strong experience in Lead generation, client acquisition & management, Meeting revenue targets and maintaining business relationships 3. Good negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills 4. Ensure Service delivery to the client as per the agreed TAT 5. Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment 6. Successful track record of client management, and recruitment operations. 7. Providing the excellent delivery to all the clients by exceeding the SLAs 8. Tracking the performance of all clients on Weekly and Monthly basis by preparing & analysing various clients reports and taking Corrective and preventative actions. 9. Coming up with new Recruitment strategies & planning for high success ratio on all the clients. 10. Ensuring the Team is engaged and motivated to perform at maximum potential in the good environment. 11. Senior knowledge level of creative sourcing and networking 12. Ensuring the maximum utilization of resources. 13. Should have past record in generating starts/revenues proportionate to the team size. 14. Proven Leadership qualities with go getting nature is a must to have skill. 15. Extensive problem solving experience and attitude to overcome challenges and complex problems. 16.
