Job Description

- Responsible for identifying & acquiring new prospective customers ( corporate- (IT or non-IT) keeping in view Manpower staffing Market potential in India market. - Working with different teams for manpower planning and delivery keeping in view business intake. - Customer relationship management - Ensuring delivery of the resources to the clients - Driving the business forward by growing and developing existing & new clients - Ensuring that the business acquisition is in line with organization competencies & service offerings - Should be able to do forecast & hire manpower for new business acquisition. Mandates: - Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (P.G.D.M.) preferred.
