Job Description

Business Development - Staffing - Develop client relationships and drive revenue within our Professional Staffing and Managed Solutions offerings. - Generate new leads and direct clients for IT Staffing (Not third party clients). - Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives. - Meet and exceed company's staffing targets - Identify opportunities for further expansion of services Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets: 1. Must have existing network to help bring immediate revenue 2. Minimum of 5 years experience in the IT Staffing and Consulting field. 3. Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry. 4. Knowledge of technology-related business development and staffing services. 5. Experienced with account penetration. 6. Extensive IT Consulting Services experience in both staff augmentation and project sales. 7. Highly motivated; results-oriented. 8. Capable of developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts. 9. Should have experience prospecting, cold calling and client presentations within a professional business-to-business sales organization. 10. Must be able to do cold calling to generate new clients. 11. Self-disciplined and have a positive attitude. 12. Should have a go getter attitude.
