Job Description

1.-Leads the individual Fund raising team to acquire new donors and maintain relationships with existing donors through multiple channels and application

-Shall be responsible to bring on board outsourced agencies and also handle the in-house team .

-Handle sales & marketing activities to achieve revenue targets ensuring all enhancement plans are in place ensuring customers expectations are achieved .

-Achievement of Financial targets from Individual donors.

-Set goals ensuring meeting .acquisition strategy,fundraising initiatives .
A bright, smart, energetic person with excellent presentation skills is required. Should be a good persuasive talker and possess skills to initiate a dialogue

Excellent communication skills verbal & written.
