Job Description

- To educate, motivate and manage a network of franchisees of the company for meeting the organization's goals.

- To plan and execute Mass Media campaigns to enhance B2C reach and business of the company

- To liaise and manage a robust network of doctors, laboratories and hospitals to generate business

- To Design, plan, launch, and place different health profiles in the Market through the franchisees.

- Is able to consistently convert leads into paid projects, programs or transactions.

- Meet periodically with the core team to review, reflect, and strategize about how to improve the relationships and serve the clients.

- Should have prior experience of managing a team size of 5 -10 people.

- Passion for understanding healthcare market and reaching out the target audience in planned manner.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, determined and enthusiastic with strong leadership skills.

- Should have had successful record of achieving target allocated consecutively.

- To approach and deal with customer grievances and feedback with sensitivity

- Should be able to manage and motivate a wide range of people so that the sales team achieves its targets.

- To be able to quickly priorities jobs under pressure, and be able to anticipate the changing needs of customers and clients.

- Excellent presentation, summarizing and briefing skills are vital

- Should have considerable experience of the Corporate Sales and Retail Sales sector and the needs of their Healthcare industry.
