Job Description

Indentify key Industry business vertical requirement scope, challenges and prepare a detail Customer Engagement Presentation to be referred/used as ready reckoner for the sales engagement
Work along with Business Team during the customer engagement for gathering business specific requirement & take responsibility on finalizing the scope document for demo preparation
Understand & Analysis Segment-wise business challenges/process & probe right question to arrive at concluding
Preparation & Readiness for Customer Engagement : Understand key expectation of client, Clients Industry Segment, Business process, Preparation/modification of existing marketing collaterals
Key Inputs to Marcomm Team on the enhancement/correction on Marketing Collaterals from the Industry Vertical specifics for better customer engagement
Key Inputs to Product Management Team on the Industry Vertical specifics customer engagement for product road-map

Handle the Customers objection, Probe the right question & convince through Solutioning approach during sales engagement to win-over the confident of stake holders
Periodic Review of New & Existing Account Progress along with Team Leads/Partners & apply necessary corrections to achieve the desire result
Take key responsibility to Create & Operate Segment related documents, Business requirement, Challenges, Demo Use-case, SWAT analysis to enhance skill set self & Business Development team for effective sales engagement
Holistic Understanding of prospect requirement , along with guidance of Application/Product Team and prepare Techno-commercial
Provide on-job Training to Partner resource(s) & enable on the effective sales/customer engagement for better outcome on the business development
Ensure all the process, policies related to Sales Management, Business Planning, Account Management and Partner operational related are adhered, in case of any deviation/observation ensure the same gets escalated to Zonal Ops Head and Business Functional Head and necessary decision/corrections are implemented for better outcome
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, partner, influencer to gain confidence & contribute towards customer acquisition
Train/Guide/ Provide necessary Inputs on the on the customer engagement and
share inputs with Business Team, Marcomm team , Partner Team, Application Team & R&D on
various cross functional activity related to enhance Product, Process, Policy for betterment of
organization growth

MUST have experience in ERP Pre-Sales activity, Product Marketing/Management Team, Broad level knowledge on ERP Functionality, Implementation & Technical know-how
Good at Technical knowledge on Database, Server , Network Solutioning, Security related aspects, Back-Server Technology, Cloud, Firewall..etc
Should have experience in handling & maintaining relationship with corporate clients
MUST have clear understanding of organization goals, approach and strategy
MUST be aware of the challenges faced in the Market segment and region
