Job Description

Frontline software & services sales / Business Development in a B2B environment in the enterprise and/or SME segment
CXO level interaction for conversion of prospect into a customer
Experience of working directly with Microsoft
Handle second level conversation with prospect customer, workload assessment for Azure services, O365 and understand customer requirements
Work with internal Solution Teams, Partners & Microsoft Account & Technical Teams to develop the final solution and provide Services & drive deliverables
Work directly with customers & Microsoft Teams to resolve complex support incidents related to Azure, O365, SQL Server, Skype and Dynamics 365 where involvement of Microsoft is required directly
Track & improve performance to achieve objectives and enhance organization effectiveness
Build a foundation for long term Revenue and Usage/Consumption growth from customers
Superior Business communication, comprehension & articulation Skills
