Job Description

Responsible for building & expanding the B2B segment in west India comprising Lanterns, home solutions, Inverters, solar panels, Modules, Roof tops, KW Solutions.

- Operationalizing Sales Strategy by building the S&D network for B2B segment

- Forging alliances with Institutions both in Government & non government sector

- Developing and executing marketing campaigns to ensure massive penetration of products in the region.

- Someone with a consulting mindset

- Proven record of meeting revenue targets and experience growing new/alternate business lines

- Someone who is relentless to build effective sales channels in an emerging product category

- Great communicator who Communicates clearly and captures the imagination of people

- Passionate about his/her work and driven by the need for achievement

- Comfortable working independently & requiring minimal supervision

- Someone who would like to roll up sleeves to figure out how to grow a high-potential business

- Someone who thrives off of building strong relationships both within the organization and externally

- Someone who is willing to spend at least 50% of his/her time on the road interacting with distribution partners & customers
