Job Description

- The Business Development Manager, West will be responsible for building & expanding the strategic account Sales for Clients in India comprising Lanterns, home solutions, solar panels, Modules, etc
- Operationalizing Sales Strategy by creating multiple strategic accounts

- Creating different Sales avenues

- Developing new distribution channels & drive growth of existing channels

- Developing and executing marketing campaigns to ensure massive penetration of products in the region.
- Proven record of meeting revenue targets and experience growing new/alternate business lines

- Someone who is relentless to build effective sales channels in an emerging product category

- Someone who is fluent in English, Hindi( more languages, the better it is!) both written and spoken

- Great communicator who Communicates clearly and captures the imagination of people

- Passionate about his/her work and driven by the need for achievement

- Comfortable working independently & requiring minimal supervision

- Someone who would like to roll up sleeves to figure out how to grow a high-potential business

- Someone who thrives off of building strong relationships both within the organization and externally

- Someone who is willing to spend at least 50% of his/her time on the road interacting with distribution partners, re-sellers, customers and partners
