Job Description :
Responsible for providing technical support to sales team and customers/ dealers. Day to day monitoring and handling of key customer's account. To give training to sales team and conduct seminars at customer's end. Coordinate with the plant for sales team requirements and handle quality complaints received from sales team and get the feedback from the plant on the complaints. Explore possibilities of new product developments and product up gradation as per customer's requirements. Follow up cooperate customers and third-party agencies for product approval and registration.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
Job Nature: Full Time
