Job Description

Acquiring new clients for Mortgage loan.

Tasks Generating, converting and sharing the leads with branches.

Maintaining relationship with existing clients.

Assigning target and get it achieved through team and branches.

Cross selling of other products like Insurance, CASA, PL, CL,etc.

Achieving set business targets.

Handling and motivating Branches to generate more and more business.

Managing relationship with Builders and DMA.

Acquisition of new customers and maintaining a healthy and active customer base and healthy relationships with clients.

Accountable for achieving Sales targets through direct efforts or through assigned relationships and brokers.

Recruitment, training and development of new channel partners.

Building and managing direct and indirect sourcing channels, Development of channels for provision of the highest level of service.

Maintaining the quality scores of the team, reaching the targets on time, keep the DST team motivated
