Experience: At least 10- 15 years of work experience with a renowned paint manufacturing, EPC or a consulting house. Exposure to project /Institutional / B2B sales and business development . Industrial knowledge of S.E. Asia/Singapore market in oil & gas, petrochemical, marine & high value infrastructure segment will be added advantage.
*Leading a team of Sales professionals to grow business in the Protective Coatings business.
*Scouting of new projects and develops relationship with large EPC, consultants, contractors and asset owners. Understand the market needs in terms of product, in each segment of PC, Marine & Passive fire protection business.
*Make maximum impact through growth in ongoing business as also expand to new customer/product segments in Singapore plus new and existing export markets in the South East region to achieve sales objectives in Protective Coatings, Marine and Industrial segment
*Identify opportunities, co-ordinate with technology function and develop and launch new products.
*Specify the company paint system to Consultants & major EPC contractors, and influence them to incorporate in their specifications/tender documents etc.
*Introduce the company to main EPC and Oil, Gas & Petrochemical industry decision makers. Obtain local approval for Protective coating paint systems from EPC, refineries and oil & gas industry.
*Develop training materials and organize/conduct training for company personnel in the region as well as consultants/contractors
*Should have the ability and experience to make presentation on products and system that we have in our product basket to the decision makers and consultants who approves the product.
