Our client is a an IT & Telecom products and services company and they would like to fill-up following position asap.
Position : Business Development Manager – Enterprise ( IT Infrastructure and Networking )
Location : Navi Mumbai
Education : MBA/ BE/ BSc degree, specialization in business administration, sales or relevant field
Experience : 3-5 years
Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience
Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
1. Candidate will develop a growth strategy focused both on Customer Acquisition and customer satisfaction to meet the sales target. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Locate or propose potential business. Cold calling and Lead Generation. Conduct business meetings with prospective clients, submit proposal and bag orders. Promote company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
2. Should have proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role. Proven sales track record. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce). Proficiency in English. Market knowledge. Motivation for Sales. Prospecting Skills. Presentation Skills. Communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport. Time management and planning skills. MBA/BE /BSc degree, specialization in business administration, sales or relevant field. Experience of 3 to 5 years.
