Responsibilities and Duties
Hands-on experience in software sales and software documentation development management
Must have knowledge about Sales Portal like Upwork, Guru, etc.
Must be proficient in cold calling & lead generation.
Proficient enough to identify and nurture various sources/mediums for lead generation.
Gathering and understanding project requirement and organizing a telephonic conference with the client to discuss further on the project.
Follow up with the potential client.
Fair understanding of maintaining the database of the clients, strict adherence of Policies &processes as per laid guidelines for lead generation.
Enhancing client relationships and increasing revenue from existing clients.
Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
Developing online strategies for new and existing clients.
Gathering client requirements and providing consultative solutions.
Provide a constructive sales solutions and process to prospects.
