Job Description

Role and responsibilities: -Lead generation in defined market spread in UAE and India, through Cold Calls, Market Research and Channel Management. -Mapping new potential accounts at all levels. -Arranging Corporate Meetings with HR Directors. -Making corporate presentations of various services. -Research and Maintaining Updated Corporate Data Base. -Maintaining Corporate Public Relation Tie Ups. -Ensure generating revenues by monitoring the payment details. -Implementing growth opportunities within and between organizations. -Analytical preparation of potential growth opportunities. -Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relatingto revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition. -Working with and Group marketing to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy. -Apply Company wide project management standardsin preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off. Desired Candidate profile: Looking for dynamic, intelligent and sharp Business Development professionals, with minimum work experience of 1 year to 4 years. Candidate should have excellent communication skills and client handling capabilities.
