Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our Educator base. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through recruiting top educators and forging strong relationships with them. - Creating an effective outreach strategy to generate educator leads and manage engagements with the overall objective of building Unacademy growth. - Armed with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners and helping them find ways to grow using newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products. - Within this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing teams on new initiatives and key strategic relationships. - You will not only execute our strategy, you will identify industry trends and key influencers. You have an analytical and detail-oriented mind, a deep understanding and exceptional communication and relationship management skills - This is an important role for a strong marketer, focusing on reaching new educators and extending the brand and experience. - You are a motivated individual with consultation and partnering skills. You will be able to work autonomously but also collaboratively with Product, Engineering and other partner-facing teams to initiate, support and grow your partner accounts. - Build relationships with potential partners, managing complex strategic partnerships to achieve strategic goals and build long-term partner relationships.
