Job Description

Capable of acting as a catalyst in understanding / appreciating user requirements and effectively communicating the requirements to the in-house Development Team.
Capable of bringing about improvement of existing software by suggesting improvements, testing, bug fixes etc
To identify and implement business requirements to processes in response to operational and client service requirements.
Work actively with the business group and the technical Specialists and other business departments.
To engage with the respective operational areas and gain buy in with proposed changes and training.
Work closely with business partners to ensure the delivery of each project.
Escalate any issues and/or road blocks and raise any potential solutions to the concerned managers.
Write business/IT specifications in strong collaboration with IT experts Monitor and support IT implementation from a business perspective Write test cases, execute business testing and sign-off
Influencing and negotiating with senior level managers to gain stakeholder approval.
Track all progress and project deliverables utilizing appropriate tools; document and report status regularly to senior management.
Identify and communicate issues/risks/conflicts in a timely manner to the senior stakeholders.
12+ years of work experience into Investment Banking/Hedge Funds/Capital Market.
Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets & experience in Trade Operations, Reconciliation , Accounting(related to trade, cash, position, P&L covering instruments like forex, equity, options, derivatives, swaps)
Product knowledge OTC, Derivatives, Swaps, Equity, Derivatives.
The incumbent should possess conceptualization skills with strong implementation capabilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to work with different stakeholders.
Experience & knowledge of project management methodologies/ discipline.
Strong knowledge of standard desktop applications: MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Strong business analysis and data/ information management skills through strong knowledge of Excel (i.e. use of pivot tables, macros, arrays, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and must be able to work independently as part of a small high impact team.
