Good knowledge of Information Technologies.
Should have worked on Finance projects.
Experience in Lending Business (LOS) would be an added advantage
Having knowledge of business processes.
Duties to be performed:
Participate in requirement understanding from users.
Documenting the requirements
Knowledge of UML & process flow chart.
Knowledge of SDLC
Conceptualize application workflow.
Prepare / review BRS/ FSD.
Prepare minutes of meeting.
Maintain project related documents.
Prepare / review user manuals.
Prepare and execute test cases.
Application support - L1.
Basic SQL query formulation.
Design of wireframes.
Relationship management with user groups.
Superior communication & people skills.
Review / adhere to project plans & timelines.
Maintain project related communication records.
Ready to work extended hours.
Knowledge of Bug-Tracking Tools would be an advantage.
Functional / Domain Knowledge have to be backed up by relevant certifications.
Domain: Preference would be given to candidate who has experience in Lending Business.
Others: Extremely good communication and interpersonal skill.
Should be a team player.
Prior experience in configuring / customizing applications.
