Job Description

Experience withinterpreting the business needs within the Enterprise Business solutions (EBS)platform and delivering a range of solutions for end to end implementation andupgrades especially in HR recruitment
Hands on experience in Oracle TaleoBusiness (TBE) and Oracle Taleo Enterprise (TEE) projects: perform BusinessAnalysis, Business requirements documentation, Functional requirement ,Projectscope analysis, use cases, workflow process, gap fit analysis, root causeanalysis, user acceptance testing, implementation, configuration, systemenhancements, administration and coordinated new version releases
- Hands onexperience in Unit testing, Application testing, and Integration testing.
- Experience in analysis of architecture, supporting infrastructure,implementation methodology, BABOK implementation standards, business systems& processes, SDLC. - Good exposure in preparing the Use cases and UMLdiagrams. - Good exposure in preparing the Functional and Technical designdocument.
Toplan and manage successful execution of projects - Tomanage team and to support development / testing activities. PrincipalAccountabilities: The person inthis job is responsible for the following: BalancedScorecard Perspective Primary Duties or Major Activities Customer
Plan, document and execute project with customer acceptance
Walkthrough customer meetings and provide Status reports as per definedtimelines
Supporting Project Owner in meeting project completion timelines.
Coordinate with onshore / offshore POCs
Prepar eproject requirement ,strategy and effort estimation
chang emanagement activities
ProjectPlanning and Scheduling
Monitoring / tracking project progress against plan and taking corrective andpreventive action as required. Delivery / Process
Understand ,analyse the requirements, allocate tasks and update status reports
Prepareproject documentation and procedures.
Understandingand adherence of software life cycle & defect life cycle.
Assistin development / testing of complex modules
Ensureon - time delivery of allocated tasks
Ensuringadherence to quality processes specified for the project
Compliance to SLK policies and procedures like Timesheet / Leaves management etc.
AssistProject Lead for the successful execution of the project (estimation, reviews,customer satisfaction, etc) Finance
Contribute to Organizational knowledgebase thus bringing in reusability andreducing operational cost
Quality deliverables as defined by the SLK Process and thus reduce re - work
Contribute to re - usable of code / components People
Team Collaboration

Coachingand guiding team members on development / testing. 6.Conducting reviews with team members on the work assigned and resolve if thereare any issues / concerns on the deliverables.
