- Work with technical and business staff on detailed business requirements by using a variety of techniques and tools required by DHS
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to collect the information necessary to create deliverables within the established deadlines.
- Manage requirements and facilitate requirements change decisions
- Accurately prepare written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional and engaging.
- Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team by communicating and presenting requirement artifacts and deliverables appropriate need
- Experience working on projects with mainframe and client/server architectures
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, Visio and Power Point
- Experience with Child Care or other Public Programs
