Job Description

• Assemble and present business requirements, functional specifications, project statements and various other required project artifacts

• Perform modeling of business and system processes based on findings through use-case scenarios, workflow diagrams, functional specifications, project documents and data models

• Preparing business artifacts such as DFD use cases diagrams, Business Proposals, FRS, Wire frames, prototyping which will comprise the project.

• Apply techniques to identify issues and work with the project team leads to coordinate and implement mitigation plans.

• Be self-led. Monitor your assigned activities and tasks to ensure project remains on schedule and within approved scope/budget. Ask questions and manage time, proven skill to handle agile methodology, prepare weekly sprints and assign tasks based on it to team.

• Communicate an accurate and timely status of your activities for assigned projects to the management team

• Coordinate all requests to adjust project scope, budget or schedule as needed through the project leads in adherence to the formal change management process

• Contribute to the development of testing requirements and plan to validate application changes and supporting business processes

• Support beta testing, quality assurance, end-user acceptance testing and validation for new or revised applications

• Ascertain that newly implemented/revised applications and supporting processes are meeting end-user requirements and business objectives

• Perform other duties as required.

• Must have experience in implementation of SCRUM METHODOLOGY.

Extremely organised and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must possess demonstrated effective written and verbal communications skills. Should have demonstrated history displaying an in-depth knowledge of product development techniques. Ability to make professional presentations and to communicate in writing, through email, reports, or orally, company business matters to an audience of high technical skills and operational experience
