1. The candidate should be able to understand the business process and user requirements, document, and articulate them into system requirements. 2. Liaise with business, technology teams, and vendors to ensure that all project tasks are executed as per plan 3. Manage tasks assigned and engage with stakeholders on the closure of the project/enhancements. 4. Address and revert to issues within deadlines and SLAs. 5. Plan and execute UAT to ensure zero defect rollouts. Document defects encountered in UAT in defect/clarification tracker 6. Raise change tickets as change initiator, document and attach required documents as per banks IT governance policies and processes. 7. Engage with internal business users, technology support teams, and vendors to ensure that changes go-live within timelines. 8. Incident, Data analysis and functional review- Analyze production incidents and liaise with support team to resolve/provide workarounds for call tickets raised by users. 9. Facilitate, track, coordinate, and report all tasks assigned to meet business deadlines and comply with all internal policies of the bank.
