Understand business requirements and translate those into deliverable

Must have 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics
Must have hands on experience in SAS/R/SQL for statistical modelling.
Must have done end to end projects in marketing analytics.
Should have experience in dashboard creation and visualization.
Should be comfortable working with Big Data and technologies like Hadoop etc.
