To support our SE and other Group OE projects by active participation in Business Transformation Projects covering roles across Consulting, Project Management, Business Analysis, & Process design/ Re-engineering.
This multifaceted individual contributor role entails real-world, value-added global consulting experience and offers opportunities to lead and undertake Business / Operations Strategy related engagements.
Based on customer and sponsor requirements, deliver cross-functional and cross-regional process analysis and consultancy to improve our ability to deliver its value proposition to clients.
Ensure a rigorous and methodical approach in executing process analysis and consultancy which is in line with our standards.
Qualification & Experience:
. 3 to 5+ years of related work experience with demonstrated change projects, process improvement and process analysis experience in the insurance domain.
2. Trained / Certified on Methods of Business Process Management, which includes but is not limited to Lean, Six Sigma, OPEX and OREX
3. Experience in implementing BPR concepts , process mapping and modelling
