Having done full cycle from Requirement, implementation to Acceptance for atleast 3 projects before.
Some Technical background (Java, Oracle) - Overall IT experience at least 8 10 years is a must have
Agile Methodology experience.
Problem solving skills coupled with logical, methodical and thorough approach to implementation- Must Have
Skilled in Requirements Gathering, Use Cases, Process Maps, Screen and System flow design Must Have
Excellent and assertive communications and influencing/negotiating skills Must Have
Good documentation skills in English
Conceive test scenarios based on business understanding and test the deliverables for the scenarios
Assume full responsibility for user agreement and system acceptance.
Other-Other BA skill sets like
Presales support including demonstrations, tender responses, etc.- Preferred
Ability to elicit, understand and document requirements from customer Must Have
Ability to recommend solution fitment for customer Must Have
Product or project implementation experience acceptance etc. Must Have
Communicate requirements to technical team, understand technical requirements and redesign/ workarounds
