Role Summary Understand customer issues, diagnose problems, design solutions and facilitate solution deployment, lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives WITH the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to the customer WITHIN the guidelines Insurance domain knowledge on Life, Annuity or property and Causality, preferably on Life Insurance domain. Should have experience on any one Policy administration system or agent management and compensation platforms and exposure to external interfacing systems to administration systems Should be well versed with at least one life insurance products like Term, whole Life, Universal Life, Index Life, Annuities Responsibilities: Analyze the requirements by demonstrating strong process/solution/ product knowledge, understanding of the business/IT scenario, understanding of constraints in implementation and technology. Follow the steps for deployment as envisaged in the project plan, foresee possible cutover issues and plan for them proactively. Resolve simple common issues with speed and accuracy, understand issue and analyze root cause through direct customer interaction. Participate in client discussions to understand customer problems, articulate to stakeholders, identify solution bringing the best industry and company practices Conduct requirements workshops, understand the AS IS processes/ Current System Study and identify high level process/system changes Arrive at possible solution alternatives that factor in gap resolution, impact on related functional areas, acceptability of the solution to the user community, technical feasibility and efficiency Train the users (end and key users) and prepare training material Conduct knowledge transition sessions with support team in the functional areas and impart knowledge on business context, solution design, open issues, possible issues; Assist in presales activities as a SME by giving inputs in solution design and team structure Prepare artifacts for marketing and GTM solution activities including case studies IN ORDER TO build collateral for marketing initiatives Handling the team of Business Analysts.
