One of our Clients a Leading Fashion Retail group based in Dubai, UAE is looking out for a Brand Manager for one of their Leading Beauty/ Cosmetics brands.
The person is required to support company vision by setting up Buying, Planning, Retail, Distribution network and E-commerce Business Platform for multiple Cosmetics, fragrances and Spa products/ Brands.
The incumbent is required to work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to identify and execute business opportunities across multiple geographies / territories.
Plan Brand and price positioning of various brands after through Market research. In conjunction with Brand Principals select Range, Type, Quality and Quantity of merchandise according to customer demand and trends.
Set prices and sell through targets in conjunction with GM to ensure they are in line with budget.
The ideal candidate should have worked with Top Beauty/ Cosmetics Brands in the Brand Management portfolio for over 10 years.
Ther person should be an effective Brand Management professional and have a successful track record in terms of business impact.
The person would report to the General Manager.
