Preparing revenue MIS for the region daily,monthly,quarterly & annually basis.
• Taking pending sales report for the current quitter (3 months) and sending to DGM
• Maintain attendance and all employee related information
• Preparing budget vs achievement of Territory and branch
• Monitoring daily sales of Executive and Dealers wise target v/s achievement.
• Ensuring Sales and Assisting branch Target Achievement in Volume & Value.
• Follow-up for purchase order (PO) with executive.
• Co-ordaining with logistics to track the vehicle.
• Sending approval mails in the format to clear discount.
• Plan, Daily Billing, Weekly Sales Model Wise, Segment Wise, Liquidation of Overdue stocks.
