Collect Premium from customer preferred location.
Resolving customer complaints received and channel partners.
Following up with respective department for customer complaint cases.
Providing excellent support to the customers by resolving queries within TAT.
Monitoring and following up on general suspense cases and ensuring timely resolution of the same
Daily monitoring pending credit cases ensuring clearance of the same.
Daily monitoring and reconciliation of renewal premium receipts.
Direct visit of non contactable cases.
Maintain relationship and achieve customer satisfaction.
Achieving month target and maintain the persistency ratio in the zone.
