Job Description

Designation - Branch Relationship manager  Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities. Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. Cross sells existing bank products to customers. Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients. Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products. Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts. Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction Designation - Business Banking RM Sourcing of New to Bank business accounts 2. Assisting the client business with different business banking products like OD/CC/ BG/Term Loans/Forex/etc 3. Assisting the business owner with credit facilities like Home Loan/ Car Loan/ LAP/priority credit card/etc 4. Assisting the business owner and his family with their personal investments like MF/Term Deposit/insurance/etc 5. Other relevant business opportunities Job Knowledge- 1. Ability to source HNI Business Banking Accounts 2. Thorough knowledge of Current Account/Trade Account opening/transaction processes 3. Strong Communication skills with assertive attitude 4. Knowledge of Trade, Forex and Business Assets 5. Strong follow up ability & keenness 6. Ability to spot opportunities in the portfolio for Upselling/Cross selling bank products Other specifications: 1. Skills & relevant Experience At least 3 -5 years 2. No Gap in employment. 3. Current company tenure more than one year. 4. Very good communication skills. 5. Currently should be working in a Bank. 6. Should be willing to relocate to Raipur.
