Job Description

The key priorities for the Branch Relationship Manager(BRM) are acquisition of new customers, ensuring the bank becomes the Primary Bank by meeting the financial needs of its customers, growing CASA & Retail Deposits and increasing cross-sell of all products offered by the Bank.

Job Purpose:
  • Acquire Affluent retail customers , deepen existing customer relationships and cross sell third party and bank products through superior Relationship management skills
Principal Accountabilities of the Role:-
  • Acquire Customers 
  • Acquire New to bank customers 
  • Deepen Relationships 
              Manage a minimum of 250 customers of the branch who are defined as customers with relationship value greater than 3 lakhs 
              Grow the CA-SA balances of this portfolio 
              Cross-sell various products depending on the need analysis of the customers. For eg Consumer finance loans, Business banking loans, Trade , Forex, Credit cards, 3-in -1 Dmat/Trading Accounts, FES cards.
              Acquire more customers from the same household
              Provide best in class services to these customers
  • Wealth Management 
              Do Financial Needs Analysis and Risk Profiling for tagged customers 
              Design a investment portfolio and plan based on ING model portfolios
              Periodic Portfolio reviews for all customers 
              Cross-Sell investments, life insurance, general insurance and SIP.
  • Compliance 
              Ensure AMFI and IRDA certification and any other relevant certifications.
              Ensure all customer instructions are executed the same day
              Ensure 100% documentation of all transactions.
  • Branch Development 
              Conduct branch Insurance & Investment seminars to spread financial awareness.

Candidate qualification & experienceGraduate with 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial salesUnderstanding of Mutual Funds, Insurance etc would be an added advantage Customer orientationHigh energy and driveGo-getter attitudeSelf-motivated with a passion to excelAge less than 35 yearsShould not have had a career gap or frequent job hopsShould be a local candidate, a native of the stateShould not be completely from an insurance background.
