The key priorities for the Branch Relationship Manager(BRM) are acquisition of new customers, ensuring the bank becomes the Primary Bank by meeting the financial needs of its customers, growing CASA & Retail Deposits and increasing cross-sell of all products offered by the Bank.
- Acquire Affluent retail customers , deepen existing customer relationships and cross sell third party and bank products through superior Relationship management skills
Principal Accountabilities of the Role:-
- Acquire Customers
- Acquire New to bank customers
- Deepen Relationships
Manage a minimum of 250 customers of the branch who are defined as customers with relationship value greater than 3 lakhs
Grow the CA-SA balances of this portfolio
Cross-sell various products depending on the need analysis of the customers. For eg Consumer finance loans, Business banking loans, Trade , Forex, Credit cards, 3-in -1 Dmat/Trading Accounts, FES cards.
Acquire more customers from the same household
Provide best in class services to these customers
Do Financial Needs Analysis and Risk Profiling for tagged customers
Design a investment portfolio and plan based on ING model portfolios
Periodic Portfolio reviews for all customers
Cross-Sell investments, life insurance, general insurance and SIP.
Ensure AMFI and IRDA certification and any other relevant certifications.
Ensure all customer instructions are executed the same day
Ensure 100% documentation of all transactions.
Conduct branch Insurance & Investment seminars to spread financial awareness.
