1. Cross Sells Bank Products to existing set of Branch Customers which are mapped. 2. Develops new & Expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers. 3. Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts & acquisition channels. 4. Informs customer of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Plans & Conducts special sales initiatives & events for prospective & existing clients. 2. Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products. 3. Maintains Complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts. 4. Track Customer complaints / queries & turn around time for customer satisfaction.
