Job Description

Customer relationships for liabilities.
Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and
application of bank policy.
Cross sells existing bank products to customers.
Informs customers of new products or product
enhancements to further expand the banking

Acting as the main custodian of the branch liaising with the main office to enhance operational activities of the branch, soliciting new business and managing existing clients
Working with all branch personnel to meet or exceed the annual sales target
Preparing and presenting a clear and persuasive sales presentation to customers
Representing the branch on meetings, taking care of escalated client concerns and reporting sales activities
for lead tracking, call log management, commission requests, expense
reports, submission of proposals, job modeling and profit forecasting
Creating a warm, welcoming and friendly customer centric branch environment

Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high
net worth customers through individualized customer service.
Very good understanding of Trade and Forex & CA.
Very good understanding of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance
Understanding of MF and Insurance an added advantage Customer orientation,
High energy and drive.
Go getter attitude.
Self motivated with a passion to achieve.
